Position Summary:
The Director of Nursing (DON) is responsible for overseeing and managing all nursing operations within the facility. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality patient care, compliance with regulatory standards, and effective leadership of the nursing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local healthcare regulations
